By purchasing fitness equipment from gemmasports.online (operated by Gemma INC), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your order confirmation email (sent post-payment) serves as official acceptance of this agreement.

Billing Terms

  • Single Transaction Model: All purchases of fitness gear (including yoga mats, dumbbells, smart scales, and training accessories) are one-time transactions. No subscription fees, automatic renewals, or recurring charges apply—you pay only for the items selected at checkout.
  • Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as gemmasports.online for clear identification.

Checkout Requirements

To complete your order, you must:

Order Fulfillment

  • We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in San Diego County, California.
