Overview

Gemma INC offers a 30-day refund window for unused fitness equipment purchased from gemmasports.online. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot issue a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, your item must:
  • Be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received (e.g., unopened yoga mats, sealed dumbbell sets).
  • Include all original accessories (e.g., user manuals for smart scales, warranty cards).
  • Be accompanied by an order confirmation email or receipt.
Non-Refundable Items:
  • Used or damaged products (unless damage occurred during shipping).
  • Customized items (e.g., engraved weights).
  • Clearance or final-sale products (marked “Non-Returnable”).

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:
  • Items with minor damage not caused by shipping.
  • Products missing non-essential accessories (e.g., extra agility ladder rungs).
  • Returns received 31–45 days after delivery (refund amount based on condition).

Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email mateen@gemmasports.online within 30 days of delivery, including your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Approval & RA Number: We will confirm eligibility within 2 business days and provide a return authorization (RA) number.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the product (marked with your RA number) to our return address (see below). You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection & Refund: After inspecting the item (3–5 business days), approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:
  1. Check your bank or credit card statement (processing may take 3–5 days).
  2. Contact your payment provider to inquire about delays.
  3. If issues persist, email mateen@gemmasports.online with your refund reference number.

Exchanges

We replace items only for defects or shipping damage:
  1. Email mateen@gemmasports.online with photos of the issue and your order details.
  2. Return the damaged item to our address, and we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped to you: You’ll receive store credit once the return is processed.
  • If shipped to the purchaser: Refunds go to the original buyer, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping Notes

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if approved.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using trackable shipping—we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
